With our 20
years professional experience and special expertise in
building Architectural and Urban Scale Models we provide
precisely accurate, highly detailed scale models for
Architects, Construction Firms, Real Estates and Property
Developers.
We offer
all types, sizes and scales of Architectural Models, which
are the most spectacular, effective and self-explanatory
tool. Whenever your goal is a study, presenting your
design to the customer or local authorities, sales or
fundraising, scale model fits every strategy and serves you
the best. Only physical architectural model can show how the
project will REALLY look, outside or within the contest. The
very magic that hidden in models wakes a child in your most
skeptical opponent and will turn him or her into excited
follower. Also, in many cases the model is the ONLY WAY to
present your design - there are many people that simply not
able to understand two-dimensional drawings and even
illustrations. And, yet, these can be a clients or vital
decision makers.
Yes,
building of scale models is time and work consuming, mostly
manual process which requires rare skills, experience and
knowledge of materials and technology. Therefore scale
models cost thousands. However, not only investment in model
is justified by spectacular effect and success in your
project's marketing, also the very fact that you are
investing in scale model will prove to your opponents that
your truly believe in your idea and it's success.
Speaking of
technology, we could not survive only relying on skills of
our highly trained crew. We have in our disposal fully
equipped machinery shop, vacuum forming and rapid
prototyping capacities, such as CNC carving, allowing us to
produce up to 12' x 6' highly accurate topography models
from your CAD files.
Almost for
each project we massively use photo etching and resin and
pewter casting, which is irreplaceable when it comes to the
numbers of identical elements. Resin casting, in particular,
allows us to provide complex, highly detailed custom
furniture for interior design models. Finally, we can
produce color cast and crystal clear cast resin elements.
In
addition, our office equipment allows us to communicate with
the clients fast and effectively via email and digital
images exchange, issuing progress reports as often as the
client wishes.
One of our
main goals is to provide you a one-stop shopping for
optional yet important features to accompany the
architectural model. We offer custom made: clear plastic and
glass protective covers (display cases), pedestals and
transit cases.
Along with
classic architectural and urban scale models we also provide
photo realistic digital Architectural Renderings and
Illustrations, 3D Simulations, Graphic and Web elements
Design and Animation.
